Renovation and additions to an existing house on the ocean. The client requested a updated traditional "Hamptons cottage".
The main floor has living spaces and 2 bedrooms. The upper level has the master suite, office and balcony.
Ground level -play room,garage + storage.

HOUSE IN SOUTHAMPTON 3000 sf
An existing house was demolished and I redesigned a new home on the existing foundation.
The spacious entry hall as core, leads directly to dining, living, kitchen, guest suite and a staircase.
Kitchen, family room and formal living room create one floating space. Family room with big bay window, built in sofa and entertaining center with fireplace create great gathering place.
The stairs provide direct connection to 2nd fl. (master and two bedrooms) and ground level play room with patio.
Exterior stairs (reused) lead back to main level deck.
